Common fault analysis For Top-entry Mixer

FAILURE		PROBABLE REASONS
Equipment Vibration	Rack and flange joint	Anchor bolts looseness
		Horizontal error of steel girder or steel structure bearing discrepancy
	Assembly bearing block	The large nut fixed on the shaft sleeve of agitating shaft is not completely tight、retaining washer position
	Agitating shaft	Bolt which connecting with flange is not complete tight
		There is some damage on the flange joints of agitating shaft
	Impeller	There is some damage on mounting surface. The bolt is not completely tight.
		The blade does not do any dynamitic balance adjustment or has deformed by extra force.
